Returns & Store Credit Only



We accept returns for store credit only.


We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.


Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card.





Return Eligibility



To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • No stains, odors, or signs of wear



We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.





Final Sale Items



The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Accessories (including jewelry, bags, beauty items)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

If approved, we will provide return instructions.





Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method



We are not responsible for lost return packages.





Store Credit



  • Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect your return
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Store credit never expires






Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.





Exchanges



Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return your item for store credit and place a new order.
